Mr. Jitendra Kulkarni has played senior leadership roles in IT industry in Singapore and Overseas for over 35 years. Prior to founding Winspire solutions , he was the CEO of Redington India , based out of Singapore, for 8 years. Before Redington, he was the General manager-MIS of Godrej Pacific Technology Ltd. (Now Ingram Micro). He comes with a strong process consulting and software development background and has led several large digital transformation projects successfully. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Shivaji University and MBA-Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. He also holds a post Graduate Diploma in software Technology from National Centre for Software technology (NCST), Mumbai and has completed Enterprise Leadership for Transformation program from National University of Singapore ( NUS ).

Bhavana has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. She is responsible for finance, accounts, HR and statutory compliance functions of Singapore and Middle East operations of Winspire. Being associated with Winspire from its founding in 2006, she has been involved in setting up company’s internal processes over years. Prior to joining Winspire, she was an IT manager in Great Eastern Shipping company in Mumbai for over 8 years. She is a Computer Engineering Graduate from Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT), Pune University.

Onkar has over 20 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and BC. He has been working with Winspire since 2007 and has worked on more than 200 projects. He is responsible for Presales and Delivery related operations for Winspire group. Being involved in both pre and after sales for NAV / BC projects, he has gathered vast experience across distribution, projects, services and manufacturing industry best practices. He is an Instrumentation Engineer and MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Vivek has over 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Implementation across several geographies. He has a proven track record of over 100 implementations in various Industry verticals like Wholesale and Distribution, Equipment rental, Projects and Service, Retail and others. He has high level of expertise in Analytics with Jet Analytics solution. Vivek has demonstrated skills in executing complex projects with tight timelines and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. Finding simple solutions to complex problems is one of the unique skills he possesses. He is a Computer Science and Engineering Graduate from UP University, India.

Brandon leads the sales and marketing team within Winspire Solutions. Since joining the company in 2011, he has been responsible for growing our customer base and corporate presence in Singapore. As a Sales & Marketing veteran with total of 21 years of experience in ERP and out of which, 17 years in Microsoft Dynamics Solutions, he is passionate about reaching out to the business community to understand their digital transformation roadmap and how we can be a value-adding and supporting partner.

Mr. Prakashveer Sharma has played various roles (Functional Consultant, Lead Consultant, Project Manager and Senior Presales Manager) in ERP industry in Singapore and Overseas for over 15 years. Prior to Joining the IT Industry, he had worked in finance Department of various SMEs for 4 years. He comes with a strong financial background and has led several large ERP Implementation projects and multi country rollouts successfully. He is a Commerce Graduate from Purvanchal University Jaunpur UP.

Charlie is a digital transformation advocate with over 30 years in progressive roles in Sales & Business Development, Information Technology, Consulting and Manufacturing with experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. He enjoys discussing solutions that can help businesses, especially SMEs, achieve success through systems, people and digital transformation. A hands-on person, he engages effectively with all people, and is able to make sense out of complex situations, develop actionable plan and get things done right every time. He is an engineer by training and received his MBA, MEng and BEng qualifications from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Shefali has been a part of the Digital and Media landscape for over two decades with diverse experience in Media Buying, Brand Management, Media Alliances and Digital Marketing. As Marketing Strategist, she was instrumental in the adoption and expansion of digital footprint for advertising agencies JWT, India & Starcom Mediavest Group, Singapore, as also a few start up organizations like Contests2win.com, India and Helpguru, Singapore. She is a Computer Engineer from Mumbai University and an MBA – Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Advertising Technology & Analytics from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore.

Manish has over 13 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions implementation across several geographical regions like Singapore, Sweden, Norway, Malta, Dubai, India, US, UK. He had been in many progressive roles like Project Manager, Project Lead, Technical Head, Team Lead, Developer on many implementations / support projects in various Industry verticals. He has expertise in third-party tools integrations and automations with Microsoft Dynamics Solutions. He is also a Microsoft Certified Associate (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and Microsoft Certified Professionals (Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure Data). Manish has demonstrated skills in executing projects, mentoring team, automating process, leads technical innovations to ensure high level of quality, customer satisfactions and solution deliveries on time. He is a Computer Engineer (NMU, India) and MBA (BITS Pilani, India).
